Our Client
Representing our European based Corporate and Global Markets client in searching for hands on Agency / syndication loan specialist to join their regional team in Hong Kong Office.
Job Duties
- Manage end to end Agency and Syndication Operations across the region
- Provide technical and portfolio management support including documentation and negotiation with extensive liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare MIS reporting for senior management and facilitate ad-hoc regional projects
Requirements
- Possesses at least 3 years’ relevant syndication loan agency working experience
- Well familiar with the latest industry requirement and loan market practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant projects experience is an advantage
- High proficiencies in speaking and writing English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
