Job Duties
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive client engagement, marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and promote business development opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and business growth opportunities, as well as insights into client needs and preferences.
- Facilitate the preparation of tailored digital & marketing materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively address the specific needs of clients during meetings and events.
- Collaborate with the team to organize and participate in industry events, seminars, and webinars, aimed at fostering relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Assist in managing client feedback and engagement initiatives, ensuring that client satisfaction is at the forefront of our activities.
- Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects, proactively identifying opportunities to further engage and support them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years+ of relevant experience in business development and marketing earned form international professional firms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
- Excellent written & spoken English and Mandarin.

- Tasked with the accountability from formulating business marcom strategies to implementation of customized solutions to accomplish business objectives

Job Duties
- As part of the Regional Business Development Department
- Accountable for timely production of English & Chinese RFP and preparation of clients’ pitch/proposals and marketing collaterals
- Work closely with professional staff across capital markets, banking, corporate and various IP practices
