Our Client
Appointed by the most established European Private Bank with over 850 employees to search for Business Manager for APAC Governance & Control. This is an exciting opportunity to facilitate the expansion and risk control for the bank.
Job Duties
- Report to the Regional Head of Governance
- Accountable for timely preparation of management reports and analysis
- Responsible for coordinating regional governance & risk management committee meetings and agenda
- Assume the key project coordinator to liaise with LOB, senior management, compliance & audit teams across the region on any streamlining, digitalization and regulatory related projects
- Facilitate the investigation/analysis of root cause; incidents reporting and review of governance framework
- Contribute to workflow efficiency and ad-hoc regulatory & risk related initiatives
Requirements
- Degree holder in accounting or related disciplined with 6 years+/- Business Management experience earned from int’l private bank
- Self-motivated team player with excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management capabilities
- Good understanding of private wealth management and with risk control mindset
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable
