Our Client

Our client which is a premier global private bank, renowned for delivering bespoke wealth management solutions to UHNW individuals and institutions, is in search a high-caliber Business Management Associate to be part of the APAC CEO Office.

Job Duties

  • Strategic Planning & Project Mgmt Support: Support the Regional CEO Office on daily business & regional activities including calendar management and acting as the key coordinator to work with internal/external stakeholder across the region and head-quarters
  • Management Reporting & Analytics: Provide data and market insights into high-quality management reports, dashboards, and presentations to facilitate critical executive decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between the CEO office and senior stakeholders across local and global teams, ensuring alignment on regional priorities.
  • Operational Support: Facilitate high-level management meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that action items from executive committees are tracked and executed seamlessly.

Requirements

1. Experience: Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Management Support within an international financial institution (Private Banking, Capital Markets, or Management Consulting). Proven experience directly supporting senior management is highly essential 

2. Education: Well-qualified graduate from a top-tier global university; international exposure (working or studying abroad) is a definite advantage.

3. Language Skills: Outstanding, professional-grade communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

4. Cultural Fit: Self-motivated and detail oriented team player who is passionate about taking ownership. Highly adaptive to a multicultural and sophisticated int’l working environment.

The ideal candidate will be immediately available and possess a proven track record in banking operations, with a strong foundation in middle to back-office functions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of the operational aspects of the private banking sector.

  • Manage daily banking operations, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transactions and payments
  • Arrange call back and monitor transaction workflow to adhere to HKMA regulatory requirements
  • Handle front office and clients’ inquiries to resolve issues related to banking operations and payment services while maintaining exceptional client service standards

  • Prepare regular loan and credit risk reporting
  • Daily reconciliation, fund monitoring and past due transaction control
