Mission: Crucial dual role as an operational supervisory lead and a trusted partner to Senior Private Bankers (Relationship Managers). This position oversees a pool of Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs) responsible for HNW and UHNW client accounts.

Job Duties
- Accountable for hiring, mentoring, resource planning, performance evaluation of a team of ARMs/Client Service specialists in addition to ensuring the seamless client onboarding and trade execution, robust regulatory compliance, and high standards of service excellence while optimizing workflow efficiency across the team
- Direct first-line control. Ensure full compliance with AML/KYC standards, account onboarding requirements, product suitability checks, and cross-border regulatory rules
- Drive operational efficiency by collaborating with IT, Operations, and Product teams to streamline client workflows and support audit readiness
Requirements
- Experience: 8+/-years solid and stable track record in private wealth management ARM/Sales Support experience, solid 2+ years supervising, training and hiring ARMs and managing client support teams. Exhibited competency to facilitate bankers in meeting business strategies, risk control/regulatory requirements and on-going changes by collaborating with 1.5 and 2nd LOD.
- Skills: Solid understanding of private banking operations from front to back office. Proven expertise related to client on-boarding/KYC to trade execution esp. for structured products and knowledge of HKMA/AML regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and risk-management mindset
- Education & Licenses: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. Relevant local regulatory licenses in HKSI Type 1 & 4.
