- Lead and manage 3PL running sizable distribution center in Hong Kong to ensure timely and quality in/outbound, inventory, return and VAS deliverables according to SLA and KPI
- Investigate and follow up operational issues and execute action plans with 3PL to ensure efficient operations
- Partner closely with technology, review, propose, and drive improvement from 3PL distribution center space planning, cost, productivity, to new technology and innovations

- Support the Head of Merchandising and Operations on all merchandising and planning activities in the Hong Kong and Macau retail and wholesale businesses
