Job Duties
- Process orders and maintain accurate data in SAP system under the Logistics and Supply Chain Department
- Handling customer enquiries & address complaints via different channels
- Liaise with the external service provider on shipping and logistics issues
- Prepare sales analysis & periodic reports
- Coordinate process improvement and e-commerce/digitalization projects
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 1 year of solid customer services/order processing experiences gained from well-established company
- Fast learner, service-oriented, flexible and a good team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Immediately Available preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and manage 3PL running sizable distribution center in Hong Kong to ensure timely and quality in/outbound, inventory, return and VAS deliverables according to SLA and KPI
- Investigate and follow up operational issues and execute action plans with 3PL to ensure efficient operations
- Partner closely with technology, review, propose, and drive improvement from 3PL distribution center space planning, cost, productivity, to new technology and innovations
