Job Duties
- Support the Head of Merchandising and Operations on all merchandising and planning activities in the Hong Kong and Macau retail and wholesale businesses
- Prepare reports and analysis to provide insights on the most effective assortment and allocation
- Place regular orders and keep track on all merchandise display/packaging items
- Liaise and address enquiries from regional office, overseas branches, and boutiques
- Coordinate stock transfers and other allocation issues
- Support the organizing of major High Jewelry Events
- Keep track of the pricing system
- Drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree holder with about 4-8 years’ working experience
- Relevant exposure in retail merchandising, with sound analytical and problem solving skills
- Attentive to details with a strong team work orientation
- Ability to work in culturally diversified environment.
- Fluent in English and Chinese

- Investigate and follow up operational issues and execute action plans with 3PL to ensure efficient operations
- Partner closely with technology, review, propose, and drive improvement from 3PL distribution center space planning, cost, productivity, to new technology and innovations
