• As part of the CIO-Asian/Global Credit Research & Advisory team
• Initiate competitive IG/HY Asian credit investment ideas and house view by analysing corporate credits under defined sectors and countries
• Accountable for conducting bottom up credit strategies for the CIO Office and contributing to the investment performance of DPM solutions

• Maintenance of Business Continuity cross FTB Offices from identifying critical functions; conducting business impact analysis to cater for environmental, social and pandemic related crisis
• Oversight the Physical Security, Safety and Access Control of HK Branch by closely monitoring the service standards of vendors

• As part of the Regional Credit Solutions team
• Conduct credit underwriting and risk assessment in accordance to regulatory & corporate governance
• Ensure timely processing of credit documentation, collaterals and on-going monitoring

As part of the Asia Marketing Communication Department, you’ll be tasked with the following accountabilities:

•  Regional Clients’ Events Coordination
• Support Channel Marketing and Social Media/CRM
• Facilitate the smooth implementation of product marketing campaigns by working closely with fund managers and institutional/intermediaries’ sales across the region and headquarters

• Assisting Private Banker(s) to provide high-quality services to high-net-worth clients from Hong Kong/China/Taiwan markets
• Performing suitability checking, pre-deal checking /order placing, pricing quotation
• Conducting new client onboarding and regular periodic review for the affluent professional investors

• Acting as the coordinator for the Business Management to oversight daily business activities
• Disseminating value-added information by working in close partnership with the front office, risk & compliance stakeholders across the branch and the region
• Consolidating timely reports to senior management

• Oversight marketing communications functions in Asia
• Develop strategic marketing partnerships and sponsorships
• Timely coordination, production and enhancement of bilingual marketing collaterals to support marketing and product teams on business growth/pitch

• As the 1st line of gatekeepers on account documentation checking according to the regulatory and internal bank policies/standards
• Manage clients’ static data and account opening services to facilitate the completeness of client on-boarding processes
• Participate any committee meetings or projects to cater for the new products/regulatory and streamlining related initiatives
