Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of facility management and security for the HK Offices by supervising a small team
  • Responsible for office renovation, relocation and workspace planning
  • Manage Physical Security, Safety and CCTV/Access Control of HK Branch by closely monitoring the service standards of vendors
  • Review and Implement policies, procedures and internal control to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory requirements and corporate governance
  • Active participation in regional/global projects to safeguard the bank's assets and employees

Requirements

  • Graduate with 6 years+/-relevant Facilities Management, Security, Corporate Services and Business Continuity Management experience earned from int’l financial institutions or banks
  • Strong project management skill with seasoned stakeholder and vendor management expertise to effectively
  • General understanding of HKMA regulatory requirement is highly desirable
  • Seasoned written and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
