Our Client

Immediate contract/perm openings with top tier HKMA and MAS regulated regional private bank with over 450 employees in HK to search for Corporate Services/Facilities Management professional.

Job Duties

  • Report to Head Corporate Services and partner with a small team of professionals in charge of mailing room, concierge, security access & pantries
  • Accountable for facilities management, replenishment of office supplies, onsite event logistic coordination and closely monitoring the service standards of vendors
  • Active participation in projects to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory requirements and corporate governance

Requirements

  • 5yrs+/- relevant facilities management and general office administration experience earned from int’l in financial institutions/banks
  • General understanding of HKMA requirement is highly desirable
  • Prior experience working in a highly multi-cultural int’l environment
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Positive team player with strong attentiveness to details and strong interpersonal skill
  • Immediate available is highly essential
