Our client, a US Based Strategic Management Consultancy Group offering comprehensive AI, Corporate Strategy, Transformation, ESG and M&A services to MNC and industry leaders across Tech, Financial Institutions, Consumer Products, Healthcare & Life Sciences is in search for Office Manager for Singapore South East Asia Branch
Job Duties
- Oversight corporate services, facilities management, office procurement, HR operations, events logistic and billing/finance support
- Accountable for the full spectrum of office management by supervising a small team of 2
- Ensure the service standard of vendors and on-going budget control of the office
- Coordinate high profile clients’ events and AGM
- Periodic review & implementation of company policies
- Active participation of regional ad-hoc projects by collaborating with headquarters & local offices in Asia
- Provide backup EA support to Senior Management of MD/ Partner level
Requirements
- Mature and committed personality with 12years+/- relevant OM / Corporate Service experience working with int’l financial institution or professional firms
- Degree/Diploma holder with proven track record supporting regional senior executives/C-Suites
- Multi-tasking capability with solid supervisory experience
- Adaptive to work in a multi-cultural regional office
- Communicate fluently in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Highly proficient in Excel & Powerpoint

Regional Accountabilities
- Report to Regional Head of Facilities Management Technical Operations
- Oversight the design and operation of ICT facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including lighting, power, cooling, and security for the APAC region across 8 countries.
- Assume the regional expert on full spectrum of technical operations matters by working with local technical & facilities management vendors to cater for incident mgmt., office relocation, site establishment, restack and IT changes.
