Job Duties

  • Oversight corporate services, facilities management, office procurement, HR operations, events logistic and billing/finance support
  • Accountable for the full spectrum of office management by supervising a small team of 2
  • Ensure the service standard of vendors and on-going budget control of the office
  • Coordinate high profile clients’ events and AGM
  • Periodic review & implementation of company policies
  • Active participation of regional ad-hoc projects by collaborating with headquarters & local offices in Asia
  • Provide backup EA support to Senior Management of MD/ Partner level

Requirements

  • Mature and committed personality with 12years+/- relevant OM / Corporate Service experience working with int’l financial institution or professional firms
  • Degree/Diploma holder with proven track record supporting regional senior executives/C-Suites
  • Multi-tasking capability with solid supervisory experience  
  • Adaptive to work in a multi-cultural regional office
  • Communicate fluently in written and spoken English and Mandarin  
  • Highly proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
