European based top tier corporate & investment bank which offers comprehensive global markets, trade & transaction solution to corporate and institutional clients is in search for Innovation & Change Project Specialist to be part of the AP Operations Department.

Job Duties

  • Report to COO, as part of AP operations project management regional function to oversight/facilitate the effective design/deployment of innovative/technologies solutions to cater for the operational efficiency; process automation; AI & digitalization; regional harmonization and regulatory & governance requirements
  • Serve as the steering team member to shape, introduce and implement AP Operations & Innovation Strategies by working closely with Headquarters and local countries across Senior Management, Operations, L&C and IT Departments
  • Support PMO activities which evolved from planning, budgeting, timeline dashboard and progress reports


  • Well qualified degree holder in Finance, Information System, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplined
  • Strategic minded and IT savvy
  • 3 years+ relevant transformation/Consulting/project management experience earned from management consultancy or int’l corporate & investment bank
  • Understanding of AP operations is a definite advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management
  • Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural environment

  • As the professional in communicating with business and technology internal stakeholders across AP and Europe
  • Facilitate business planning and support roadmap and projects design framework on behalf of business users and sponsors
  • Liaise and consult senior management, business, and IT departments from formulating user requirements, KPI, testing and rollout plans
