- Corporate strategic planning for investment management/business development including M&A, joint ventures development, property investment etc.
- Providing end to end investment and financial due diligence; also to coordinate with internal (e.g. business line) and external stakeholders
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis including market research, ROI, performance benchmarking etc.
- Holistic financial and operational investment model
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines
- Well qualified with CPA or CFA is a definite advantage
- At least 5-6 years solid experiences in corporate development/real estate investment/Private Equity Investment
- Understanding of the Greater China markets including healthcare, consumer, technology, industrial, and logistics sectors
- Strong business acumen with solid financial modeling and business valuation experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
