Job Duties
- Report to Senior Finance Manager and partner with a team of finance professionals in HK and SGP
- Manage A/P, Expense Control/Vetting, G/L and cashflow management
- Support quarterly & annual reporting to head office by ensuring the fulfilment of regulatory and corporate governance
Requirements
- Qualified accountant is a definite advantage
- Degree holder in accounting or related disciplined
- 3-5 years+ steady & progressive accounting operations, A/P and full set of accounting experience with banking, financial services or multinational corporations is highly desirable

Job Duties
- Responsible for fund investment accounting which covers funds’ liquidity management, invested capital preparation, understanding transaction structure, investment dividend calculation and estimation, deal exits dividend and carried interest calculation
- Support end to end fund operations and funds capital calls/distributions activities
- Assist pre/post-investment deal structure/documentation review to ensure compliance with fund agreements & tax regulations by working closely with investment professionals
