Job Duties
- Responsible for fund investment accounting which covers funds’ liquidity management, invested capital preparation, understanding transaction structure, investment dividend calculation and estimation, deal exits dividend and carried interest calculation
- Support end to end fund operations and funds capital calls/distributions activities
- Assist pre/post-investment deal structure/documentation review to ensure compliance with fund agreements & tax regulations by working closely with investment professionals
- Manage finance related enquiries from LPs by collaborating with IR
- Coordinate fund audit and tax reporting process
- Liaise and oversight the performance of external service providers
- Participate in various regional/global ad hoc projects in relation to fund raising and other operation, implementation of new investor reporting to IPO
Requirements
- Qualified accountant
- Well qualified graduate in accounting, finance or equivalent
- Big4 trained is highly desirable with 6 years+ relevant Fund accounting/Fund Admin experience
- Understanding of private equity, private marketing or alternative investment is essential
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skill to work effectively with senior management, investment professionals and externally with fund administrator, L&C advisors etc.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural environment
