Job Duties
- Expansion headcount and assume the key regional corporate finance function
- Report to Regional CFO and work in close partnership with senior finance professionals
- Support FP&A functions in Asia from budgeting, cost control to maintenance of financial models to facilitate business and corporate planning
- Responsible for driving strategic finance projects to cater for APAC corporate development & business initiatives
- Accountable for conducting financial analysis, business planning, due diligence to leading the smooth implementation across the region
- Assume the role as senior finance lead to communicate and address any financial control and FP&A aspects with senior management by collaborating with local & regional accounting teams
Requirements
- Well qualified graduate in accounting, finance or equivalent
- 15 years+ relevant regional corporate accounting and business finance experience including 3 years+ buy side experience is highly desirable
- Proactive team player with strong business acumen and confident presentation skill to work with internal/external stakeholders including front office and senior management across Asia and Headquarters
- Understanding of Private Equity industry is a definite advantage
- Strong project management experience is critical
- Adaptive to multi-cultural and dynamic int’l working environment
- Highly proficient in English
