Job Duties
- Responsible for full spectrum of commercial financial analysis and recommendations to support ongoing strategic management decisions for the assigned business units in Hong Kong and Macau markets.
- Provide financial planning and analytical advisory; work closely with business units heads to identify key drivers for financial performance and business excellence
- Perform annual budget, forecast and analysis, and create financial models for business cases.
- Proactively review and recommend measures to optimize finance processes
- Partner closely with accounting operation/ group’s shared services;
- Proactive exchange with regional finance and business counterparts
Requirements
- Degree or above in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines with relevant professional qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience including a focused track record in FP&A function covering the full P/L at MNC ideally in the consumer goods industry
- Independent, results-focused and responsible, with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well with different stakeholders
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese
- High PC proficiency with advanced knowledge and experience in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
