Job Duties

- Work in a team and be responsible for managing safety during logistics including warehousing and transportation activities
- This includes Safety & Compliance audits, Incidents and Complaint handling, preparation of Guidelines and Procedures, Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Safety and Compliance performance monitoring, Training, and implementation of Foreign Trade Law Compliance International internal requirements and external regulations in the area of Export control
Requirements
- About 8-12 years working experience, with at least 3+ years solid relevant experience in MNC Transportation Safety or HSE function
- Exposure in Chemical industry or Dangerous Goods
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Experience of conducting Safety Audits & trainings essential
- Technical knowledge & background on packed and bulk logistics processes and equipment
- Dynamic, self-motivated and problem solver
- Willing to travel on a frequent basis for audits and trainings in the region when circumstances allow
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin

- Lead and manage 3PL running sizable distribution center in Hong Kong to ensure timely and quality in/outbound, inventory, return and VAS deliverables according to SLA and KPI
