- Report to the Commercial Head, you will be accountable for retail finance and control, retail excellence, retail supply chain review, and other retail business development initiatives.
- This include reviewing relevant financial and market data to ensure sounded investment decisions; monitoring Retail Performance to identify improvement opportunities; define and monitor retail operations processes for control and loss prevention; improve the effectiveness of the Retail BI capabilities.
- Generate tracking reports on sales performances with Store Leads; propose and develop tools & methodologies to enhance sales performance.
- Provide provide feedback on assortment plans based on analytics and inventory measurements, review stock management processes, and collaborate with stores to enhance consumer experiences from online to offline.
- Contribute to market share growth and right level of retail presence / network by reviewing strategy and retail real estate landscape.
Requirements
- Degree holder with about 7-8 years experience with business exposure in retail business strategy / analysis.
- Successful candidate should possess sound financial planning and analytics knowledge gained from MNC / Consulting firm.
- Those FP&A candidates with strong business acumen and interest to gain exposure / develop in commercial are welcomed to apply.
- Must have strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile, positive, and solution driven.
- Fluent command of English and Chinese.
