Job Duties
- As part of the Regional Strategic Team to support senior management, including CEO and COO APac from change management, digitalization, new business/product and regulatory related initiatives
- As the key regional project coordinator from preparation of PMO/MIS reports and coordination of meetings with project stakeholders, line managers and senior management across AP & HQ
- Update workflow processes/procedural changes and facilitation with the on-going communication with line managers from front to back offices
Requirements
- Well qualified degree graduate with 4 years+/- Business & Project Management experience earned from global financial institutions
- Self motivated team player with seasoned communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, VBA and SQL is a definite advantage
- Strong proficiency in English and Chinese
