Job Duties
- Monitor standardized procure-to-pay / order-to-cash activities being executed properly under business service for several countries in Asia
- Produce timely submission of reports to management and headquarters
- Coach and Collaborate within the team on daily operation to ensure proper fulfillment of all statutory requirements and corporate guidelines
- Address and resolve P2P/O2C related process issues
- Identify and commit to the improvement of policies and procedures
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- HKICPA Qualified Accountant or equivalent is preferred
- About 6 years’ experience with hands-on commercial accounting operation experience gained from trading /FMCG / retail industry
- Hardworking and agile with good communications, presentation and influential skills
- Excellent in both written and spoken English as well as Mandarin & Cantonese
- Good computer skills including MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
- Immediately Available highly preferred
