Our Client

Job Duties

The jobholder supervises a team to - 

  • Oversight private banking business operations control; account services & documentation functions including new accounts opening, account maintenance/closure, static data maintenance to hold mail and physical materials arrangement 
  • Ensure quality corporate administrative support to front office private bankers and sales assistant 
  • Ensure timely deliverables to ensuring the fulfilment of regulatory and corporate governance by working closely with front office, operations and compliance/risk departments 
  • Develop continuous review, streamline and improve daily operation steps as well as explore digitalization opportunity to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time with reasonable internal controls and mitigation of operational risk
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, liaise tightly with project team and I.T. department on systems’ new implementations and enhancements

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above with at least 8 years banking services, account documentation and operations control management experience acquired from International Private Bank / PWM Banking Groups 
  • Proven capability in consulting senior management on banking operational support & control aspects
  • 4 years+ leadership and supervisory skills
  • Strong banking compliance, control and regulatory knowledge 
  • Relevant corporate and office administrative management experiences
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
