Job Duties

  • As the SME to support the optimization process in COO Office
  • Working closely with regional and global groups on regulatory reporting – including trade / OTC derivatives reporting, FATCA/AEOI related reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and meet the reporting deadlines
  • Working closely with Compliance on relevant regulatory surveys
  • Experience in detecting risks and issues and implement effective controls. Resolve operational issues with the relevant parties as and when they arise
  • As the key senior team members to handle all operational related queries

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder with Economics or Finance related disciplines
  • 6 years+/- relevant regulatory reporting and process re-engineering experience, preferably from Private Bank or regulated licensed bank 
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills 
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • Good PC skills especially relevant to reporting and monitoring tasks 
  • Speaks fluently in English and Mandarin
