Job Duties

  • The Retail Business Manager for Hong Kong & Macau will be accountable for managing the retail operations and driving retail performance in terms of customer experience, operational efficiency, and business objectives
  • Partner closely with the retail team and cross functional departments to ensure synergy with the organization to understand customer needs and delivery the best experience to customers
  • Analyze and support company goals and strategies, and implement brand strategy and promotions at the store level
  • Prepare the budget, review performance, and help foster a strong information transparency within the organization
  • Be a passionate leader to engage and motivate team members, provide insights on their performance, and promote ongoing self-directed learning and development within the team


  • Degree / Master Degree holder with solid and focused retail operation experience at reputable organizations, preferably in luxury
  • Strong sense of excellence, leadership, and business acumen
  • The ability to influence, innovate, and build partnerships in a changing and client focus environment is key
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
