Job Duties
- Lead a team in Hong Kong and remotely and be accountable for the smooth Accounts Receivable operations for the assigned markets
- Strong leadership and operational knowledge, able to perform final review and approval
- Set up and approve reporting schedules and milestones
- Proactively strengthen control company systems and processes; work to mitigate risks with stakeholders, and support continuous process improvement for RPA automation
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting; CPA qualification an advantage
- At least a few years in a managerial position leading a team in a complex accounting function
- Good understanding of the order-to-cash process and international market practices
- Detail minded & organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English essential, Mandarin preferred
