Job Duties

  • Report to the Head of Corporate Affairs and accountable for planning and implementing internal communications strategy and engagement plan
  • Partner closely with business leaders, human resources department, regional and global counterparts to ensure strategic and brand alignment and compliance
  • Plan and organize regular and ad-hoc events to promote two-way communications and knowledge sharing
  • Write and edit content on internal communication channels
  • Analyze feedback and data to improve internal communication and employee engagement
  • Champion the group’s sustainability and CSR program, working with internal and external NGO and business partners

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications or equivalent, with about 7 years relevant corporate/internal communications
  • Passion in culture building and employee connection
  • Proactive with strong analytical, interpersonal, and organization skills
  • Good composure and high level of integrity, sensible judgment, and professionalism
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, spoken and written
  • High caliber candidates with less experience are considered as Assistant Manager with promising track
