Job Duties
- Lead, develop, and implement e-commerce strategies and operation in a fast-paced international environment
- Manage the end-to-end e-commerce business process, from enhancing user experience, omni-channel projects and campaigns, digital marketing activation, to performance analytics, etc.
- Be the e-commerce domain expert in the organization, partner closely with internal and external parties from HQ, brand marketing, technology, agencies, etc.
Requirements
- Degree holder with about 8 years+ relevant successful e-commerce track record preferably in the lifestyle/retail industry
- Digitally, marketing, and business savvy with strong ability to design and implement effective and quality campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion
- Driven with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
