Job Duties
- As the 1st line of gatekeepers on account documentation checking according to the regulatory and internal bank policies/standards
- Manage clients’ static data and account opening services to facilitate the completeness of client on-boarding processes
- Participate any committee meetings or projects to cater for the new products/regulatory and streamlining related initiatives
- Participate in ad hoc internal projects
Requirements
- Degree holder with relevant 3 years of related name screening, background searching and documentation checking experience from international private bank, wealth management or international financial institutions
- With fundamental client onboarding and due diligence knowledge
- Good command of both written and verbal in English and Chinese
- Detail-minded and good team player
