Job Duties
- As part of North Asia Regional COO Management team and report Head of Office Management
- Maintenance of Business Continuity cross FTB Offices from identifying critical functions; conducting business impact analysis to cater for environmental, social and pandemic related crisis
- Oversight the Physical Security, Safety and Access Control of HK Branch by closely monitoring the service standards of vendors
- Continuous review of Physical Security, Office administration, BCP policies to ensure the adherence of corporate governance and HKMA regulatory requirements
- Active participation in regional/global projects including clean desk policies
Requirements
- Graduate with 6years+/-relevant Office Administration, Corporate Services and Business Continuity Management experience earned from int’l financial institutions or banks
- Strong project management skill with seasoned stakeholder management expertise to effectively work with business/corporate functions across the region & headquarters as well as vendors
- Understanding HKMA regulatory requirements
- Seasoned written and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
