Job Duties
- Report to Head of Business Management to ensure the smooth operations of daily business activities
- Manage a team of Client Service Associate and Sales Support from hiring, coaching and mentoring to ensure the daily business activities fulfill the regulatory & corporate governance
- Oversight the performance of sales support
- Serve as the escalation points for functional business units such as Legal and Compliance, Risk and Operations to report CSM’s conduct issues and exceptions
- Active participation in regional projects from automating workflow/system enhancement, implementing control procedures to cater for business & regulatory risk initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate with 10 years+/- relevant client service management, business management, front office risk control earned from int’l private bank
- Strategic minded with proven people management capability along with good problem
- Profound understanding towards wealth management business and HKMA regulatory requirements
- Strong interpersonal & influencing skills to effectively work with people
