Job Duties
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Chairman's personal, family, and business affairs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the Chairman to focus on key strategic priorities. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with an influential business leader, especially in the Greater China region and be involved in various aspects of their professional and personal life.
- Coordinate the Group Chairman's personal & business schedules and appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including work visas, flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide personal support to the Chairman, including managing personal errands, appointments, and family-related matters.
- Prepare and assist with confidential and sensitive documents, presentations, and reports.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including high-profile individuals, senior executives, and government officials, on behalf of the Chairman.
- Handle complex and ever-changing calendars, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including conferences, board meetings, and social gatherings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is highly desirable
- Proven 10 years+ track record as an executive assistant or personal assistant, supporting high-profile C-level executives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Professional and polished demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills
