Job Duties

  • As part of the regional and global investment & product solution team to consult & drive alternative & active investment strategies
  • Understand clients’ investment & risk appetite and provide customised investment strategies by fully collaborating with investment counterparts in HQ, Europe and Asia
  • Offer timely insights across macro and secular themes to facilitate clients' investment decisions & portfolio review
  • Attend clients pitch and periodic portfolio review by collaborating with bankers and global CIO and research teams

Requirements

  • CFA, Well qualified with 12+/- years of experience as investment specialist in multi -asset class advisory within the wealth management/private banking sector
  • Well versed with alternative investment products and markets
  • Motivated and driven personality
  • Confident and polished investment presentation skill
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Deal Execution: Drive end-to-end execution for IPOs, M&A, and capital raising projects across SFC Type 1, 4, and 6 regulated activities.

Front-Line Due Diligence: Conduct heavy-lifting financial analysis, industry research, and rigorous due diligence for potential transactions.

Regulatory Compliance: Prepare listing documents, announcements, and circulars in strict accordance with HKEX Listing Rules and SFC regulations.
