Our Client

Representing our Asian-based regulated financial entity, with offices located in Hong Kong, Taiwan and SE Asia, to search for a trilingual Private Trust Associate.

Job Duties

  • Manage daily trust administration and ongoing operations including vesting of shares, injection/distribution of assets, incorporation of holding company, bank account openings
  • As the key gatekeeper in reviewing trust and KYC documents in accordance with the proper compliance
  • Maintain client relationships and conduct regular reviews to cope with clients’ trust needs
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties such as lawyers, bankers and accountant
  • Preparation of a full set of trust-related documents including trust deed, letter of wishes, trustee resolutions and other statutory documents
  • Resolving daily enquiries from affluent professional investors

Requirements

  • Degree holder in law, accounting, business related disciplines
  • Relevant 4 years/- of working experience in Private wealth Management/trust companies
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support roles is preferred
  • Familiar with MS Excel
  • Able to work under pressure with high efficiency
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivated
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
