Our Client
Representing a well-known European based financial institutions and banking groups which provide comprehensive lending, syndicated loan and structured finance services to Asia Pacific mid-to-large corporate and institutional clients. In view of the business expansion, they are now actively looking for the below talent to join their regional team in Hong Kong.
Job Duties
- Report to CFO and work in collaboration with a professional teams including investment managers & investor relations
- Ensure timely information about fund activities, performance and risks, enabling GPs to make informed investment decisions
- Accountable for regional financial reporting, cash management, budgeting to regulatory reportings/returns
- Oversight fund administrators from corporate filings, board resolutions & operations
- Work closely with auditors to facilitate year-end audit and tax related projects
- Active participation of ad-hoc projects to cater for the on-going business development, dividend distribution & accounting system related initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified accountant
- Well qualified graduate in accounting or related discipline
- 6 years+ relevant GP and corporate accounting experience including 2 years private equity industry experience is essential
- Adaptive to working in a highly deadline driven environment
- Proactive team player with strong business acumen and confident presentation skill to work with internal/external stakeholders to front office/senior management
- Adaptive to multi-cultural and dynamic int’l working environment
