Job Duties
Report to the Head of Regulatory Finance, the successful job holder will be accountable for:
- Timely and quality production of regulatory reporting/HKMA returns
- Headquarter submission in accordance to IAS and corporate governance
- Active involvement in finance system and procedures enhancement to cater for the on-going changing regulatory reporting requirements and new banking services/product initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with 6 years+ steady employment track record with solid experience covering HKMA returns ideally gained from int’l private bank
- Big4 trained is highly preferred with good understanding of private banking business is a definite advantage
- Experienced in managing HKMA returns ideally covering LMR, LMT, IRR and Exposure Limits
- Knowledge of derivatives/OTC products such as accumulator, Equity Linked Note, and Dual Currency Investments is a highly desirable
- Prior finance system enhancement or project management experience is highly essential
- Good understanding of HKMA regulatory requirements, HKFRS and IFRS
- Adaptive to working in a highly international banking environment
