Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive investor relationship management support from fund raising, business development to on-going client relationship management 
  • Responsible for conducting desktop research; client due diligence to fund performance/ad-hoc reports 
  • Accountable for scheduling calls/meetings, coordinating roadshow & events that called for extensive liaison with institutional investors and senior management 
  • Oversight fund raising process by collaborating with investment, compliance, marketing and senior management across the region 
  • Act as the key project coordinator to drive the smooth functional transition from compliance to client on-boarding/KYC team  

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 6 years solid institutional client service and sales support experience earned from int’l private equity or alternative investment management companies   
  • Understanding of private equity and LP is highly essential 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill 
  • Self-motivated & committed team player with relevant IR and institutional client relationship management exposure 
  • Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable
