Representing the investment arm of global family office to search for Finance & Operations Associate Manager.
Job Duties
- Report to the Head of Finance and Operations
- Responsible for month end closing, quarterly financial & management reporting to annual audit
- Manage daily operations, reconciliation of securities and cash account holdings
- Oversight middle office and portfolio control by working with Investment team
Requirements
- Well qualified graduate/Degree in accounting or related disciplined
- Big4 trained with relevant finance, operations/middle office experience with asset management/global markets/private equity firms
- Understanding of Private Equity/Hedge Funds/trade life cycle
- Fluent in English and Mandarin

Job Duties
- Responsible for fund investment accounting which covers funds’ liquidity management, invested capital preparation, understanding transaction structure, investment dividend calculation and estimation, deal exits dividend and carried interest calculation
