Our Client
Job Duties
- Accountable for the high performance of end-to-end logistics operations, namely shipping and network optimization, regional DC, e-commerce operations, in/outbound transportation performance, and local repair operations in the assigned markets.
- Ensure compliance and governance, drive continuous improvement, and identify business opportunities to address customer needs.
- Provide strategic input and drive regional execution of global initiatives
- Develop and lead a virtual team of 7 direct reports across the region.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / Logistics, Operations Engineering, or similar
- At least 5 years in managerial and regional capacity.
- Strong exposure from MNC, ideally familiar with premium retail businesses
- Customer-centric, and a proven leader, negotiator, influencer, and problem solver
- Professional in English, Chinese preferred
- The post can base out of Hong Kong or Singapore.
