Our Client
Job Duties
- Plan, co-ordinate and plan the local distribution of goods; implement best practices and supervise logistics services of 3PL to ensure delivery / service requirements are fulfilled
- Ensure that goods loading and transportation processing is handled on time and in line with customer needs; work closely with Planning and VAS Teams to ensure fulfillment of orders
- Lead, coordinate and oversee the service of external providers
- Manage logistics planning process including inbound, warehousing and outbound shipments
- Drive logistics process improvement and cost optimization
- Manage the logistics reporting and analysis process; deliver logistics report to stakeholders including 3PL parties, vendor OTD reports and scorecards
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5 years relevant working experience in warehousing, transportation management, import & export logistics, working experience in consumer goods industry will be highly preferred
- Exposure in service provider management a plus, or those with hands-on operation experience from established 3PL are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in MS-Office, familiar with ERP/SAP and WMS system
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills are essential
- Hardworking, strong collaborative orientation, and ability to deal with ambiguity
