- Collaborate with internal market and regional counterparts to enable hybrid learning activities
- Project manage on training calendars, materials, deliver classroom training, and work closely with field coaches on executions
- Review the training effectiveness and prepare periodic reports
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 6 years of relevant experience in retail training
- Dynamic, pragmatic, and passionate with first-class presentation skills
- Fluent written and verbal skills in English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
