Global top ranking US based venture capitalist powerhouse with USD 35billion AUM in in search for experienced Private Equity Fund Accountant to facilitate the continous growth/fund raising activities across the region!
Job Duties
- Report to Regional Head of Fund accountant and partner with a professional & qualified team of fund & corporate accountants
- Prepare quarterly & annual financial reporting/NAV by working closely with outsourced fund admin & investees across the region
- Monitor cash position by providing periodic update to investment team
- Review/calculate capital calls, distributions & fee contribution for GP/LP
- Extensive liaison with external auditors for annual audit process
Requirements
- Qualified accountant or well qualified graduate in related disciplined
- Big 4 trained with 4 years+/- Private Equity/Alternative Fund Accounting experience
- Self-motivated team player with excellent problem solving skill, stakeholder management capability
- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable
- Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
