Job Duties
- Be part of the global sourcing network and business partner of assigned portfolio to source and manage various sourcing projects in the Asia Pacific.
- Indirect categories assigned could include but not limited to IT, Professional Services, Event and Marketing, Corporate Real Estate, HR, etc.
- Ensure compliance of corporate processes and risk management, while proactive lead and develop different projects in achieving optimal supplier performance, innovation, and cost-effectiveness for the organization.
- Provide professional and timely strategic advice / issue resolutions to local business partners and stakeholders
- Thrive in a diverse, agile, and virtual working team and aim to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain.
- About 8+/- years’ experience, of which solid track record at global/regional organizations in both IT & non-IT categories; and good project leadership skills.
- Good understanding of APAC market practices in terms of technology and new regulatory for financial industry is preferred.
- Proven regional stakeholder and advisory ability in the field of sourcing/procurement.
- Excellent communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
