Job Duties
- Report to CFO and work in collaboration with a professional teams including investment managers & investor relations
- Accountable for regional financial reporting, cash management, budgeting to SFC MAS regulatory reportings/returns
- Oversight fund administrators from corporate filings, board resolutions & operations
- Work closely with auditors to facilitate year-end audit and tax related projects
- Active participation of ad-hoc projects to cater for the on-going business development, dividend distribution & accounting system related initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified accountant
- Well qualified graduate in accounting, finance or equivalent
- Big4 trained is highly desirable and with 6 years+ relevant corporate accounting experience including 2 years private equity industry experience is essential
- Proactive team player with strong business acumen and confident presentation skill to work with internal/external stakeholders to front office/senior management
- Adaptive to multi-cultural and dynamic int’l working environment
