Job Duties

  • Act as the key contact point to deal with the distributors in Asia Pacific region
  • Handle customers’ enquiries & complaints regarding orders & samples information, delivery schedules etc
  • Monitor the stock levels and maintain healthy inventory level by working closely with various internal departments
  • Support the SAP system data checking & validation
  • Participate in ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder of Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • With at least 3 years of regional sales support / customer services experiences gained from multinational companies
  • Service-driven, patient & detail-minded
  • Excellent command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
  • Proficient in SAP system would be an advantage
