- Act as the key contact point to deal with the distributors in Asia Pacific region
- Handle customers’ enquiries & complaints regarding orders & samples information, delivery schedules etc

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder of Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- With at least 3 years of regional sales support / customer services experiences gained from multinational companies
- Service-driven, patient & detail-minded
- Excellent command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
- Proficient in SAP system would be an advantage
