Job Duties
- Responsible for leading and developing a strong sales team to achieve sales and profit targets
- Keep track of sales team performance from optimizing call route, setting sales target, sales performance tracking, and on the job coaching to enhance performance
- Work closely with marketing to effectively implement marketing programs to maximize revenue
- Strategize and organize sales and promotional events
- Prepare, analyze and formulate sales analysis and reports
Requirements
- University graduate in Business or above
- At least 10 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years in the a managerial capacity
- Strong strategic thinking, independent and result-oriented
- Experience in new product launch will have an added advantage
- Excellent negotiation skill and inter-personal skill
- Timely, effective and proactive response to problems and issue
- Self-motivated and act as a good team player
- Good command of spoken and written English
