Job Duties

  • Responsible for leading and developing a strong sales team to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Keep track of sales team performance from optimizing call route, setting sales target, sales performance tracking, and on the job coaching to enhance performance
  • Work closely with marketing to effectively implement marketing programs to maximize revenue
  • Strategize and organize sales and promotional events
  • Prepare, analyze and formulate sales analysis and reports

Requirements

  • University graduate in Business or above
  • At least 10 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years in the a managerial capacity
  • Strong strategic thinking, independent and result-oriented
  • Experience in new product launch will have an added advantage
  • Excellent negotiation skill and inter-personal skill
  • Timely, effective and proactive response to problems and issue
  • Self-motivated and act as a good team player
  • Good command of spoken and written English
