Job Duties
- Assisting Private Banker(s) to provide high-quality services to high-net-worth clients
- Assuming the role as the key participant in various regional and local projects including automation, streamlining workflow and business platform development
- Preparing account openings documentation, trade execution, pricing quotation, and products advisory support in order to resolve any enquiries from the affluent professional investors
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant sales support experience acquired from International Private Banks, Global Markets or Wealth Management Groups
- Solid change management and business process enhancement experience
- Sound capital market and investment knowledge
- Well familiar with trade flow from front to back office
- Fluently written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proven organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- With valid HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 or equivalent
