Appointed by Private Wealth Management and Banking group with 900+ in APAC to search for Payment & Operations Senior Manager in HK North Asia Branch.
Job Duties
- As the senior management of the Payment & Operations Team
- Oversight the HK payment daily operations and ensuring alignment with SGP team along with continuous review of procedures to ensure best practices
- Accountable for payment related incident management and provide satisfactory client support

Assume the payment specialist to drive related changes and work with internal/external stakeholders to promote efficiency and fulfilment of regulatory & group requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant 10 years+ of payment & operations management experience earned from HKMA regulated entities
- Familiar with payment systems in Swift, RTGS, HKICL transaction processing, and HKMA regulatory compliance
- Proven people management and hands on payment operations track record
- Solid regional project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels
