Job Duties
What You Will Do:
- Drive Growth: Identify and cultivate new business from retail banks and wealth management platforms in Hong Kong.
- Manage Key Accounts: Maintain and strengthen existing distribution relationships, ensuring products constantly rank as a core part of their recommended lists.
- Technical Advisory: Effectively communicate the investment philosophies, strategies and market outlook to clients. Assuming the bridge between investment manager & clients. Building trust through expertise.
- Market Insight: Share local market trends and competitor activity to help the firm stay ahead.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- 8 years+ in HK asset management sales, with a solid track record of raising assets within the intermediary channel.
- Self-starter who is motivated by results but enjoys working in a small, tight-knit group.
- SFC Type 1 license is required. CFA or similar professional qualifications are a plus.
- Communication: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. You should be comfortable presenting complex ideas clearly to investment teams.
