Job Duties
- Manage full spectrum of HR generalist functions the assigned portfolio and supported by Group COE counterparts
- Cultivate excellent partnerships with business stakeholders and drive commercial success and HR excellence
- Plan and implement organization design and talent acquisition activities; manpower and career planning, employee relations and retentions
- Provide practical and professional advice to line managers and employees in addressing talents, organization development and engagement related matters
- Participate or lead HR initiatives and projects
Requirements
- University graduate major in Business or equivalent with about 8 years professional HR generalist experience at MNC matrix organizations
- Solid understanding of full spectrum of HR services, from talent acquisition, manpower planning, reward and budgeting, engagement and talent development matters
- Mature and commercially engaged with sound interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
